Assistant Vice President, Critical Care -Newark Beth Israel Medical Center The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Critical Care will drive operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement across our team. In this role, you will build positive relationships with patients, visitors, and colleagues, using customer feedback to refine services and promptly address all inquiries. You will champion continuous quality improvement by evaluating processes, encouraging collaborative feedback, and proactively solving problems.
