The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented Agency Representative.

The Agency Representative is responsible for providing clerical assistance to Agency Liaisons, Team Leads and Managers.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Opens and sorts mail received on a daily basis as outlined in department procedure and distributes all department mail on a daily basis
• Processes all requests from external vendors, patients, co-workers, etc...
• Assists in completing basic work lists for the department.
• Has a complete understanding of the SMS patient accounting system and is able to utilize all functions appropriately.
• Consistently receives and reviews daily reports for distribution.
• Files all required paperwork by retention policies.
• Directs any problems with accounts or where additional intervention is needed to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Executes job duties to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency. Uses available work time to complete all tasks with established frames and timelines.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalentand 1-3 years healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); customer focused both internally and externally, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, strong 10 key data entry, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required
• Familiarity and 1-3 years healthcare business office experience preferred.
