Position Title: Assembler / Finisher

Assembler / Finisher Responsibilities: - Perform assembly tasks including adjusting, trimming, and fitting parts - Inspect components for quality, ensuring products meet specifications - Handle material orders, utilize equipment such as screwdrivers, drawer machines, and staple guns - Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift - Read and follow detailed work instructions, adhering to safety guidelines - Support different steps of the finishing process as needed, working in various climates and environments Requirements for Assembler / Finisher: - High school diploma or GED preferred - Manufacturing, assembly, construction experience is a plus - Ability to read a tape measure accurately - Ability to use hand and power tools - Strong attention to detail - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25-50 pounds - Ability to perform repetitive hand movements - Ability to work in a production environment - Reliable attendance - Mechanical aptitude - Quality-focused - Problem solving and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently IND038 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
