Chicago Office- Labor & Employment Associate

Winston Taylor is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment associate to join its Chicago office. Candidates must have at least three years of employment litigation experience and be admitted to the Illinois Bar. The ideal candidate will have strong case management, research, and writing skills, as well as experience managing and coordinating matters in Illinois state and federal courts. The candidate should also have experience counseling clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; drafting employment agreements, workplace policies, and employee handbooks; and assisting with investigations into employment-related disputes.
