Location: West Des Moines, IA
Schedule/Shift: 5 to 6 days per week, 10 to 12 hours per day
Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
Position Type: Contract to hire

Job Summary

We are hiring Data Center Technicians for physically demanding construction work at a data center site. Work may take place inside buildings under construction or outdoors and may involve working at heights. This opportunity is suited to someone who is dependable, arrives on time, follows safety requirements, and wants to build a career in the field.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on construction and installation work as directed by the site team.
• Work safely inside active construction areas and outdoors.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow site safety procedures.
• Assist with moving materials and other labor-intensive tasks.
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive ready to work at the scheduled time.

Job Requirements

• Experience in construction, skilled trades, general labor, or similar hands-on work preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work at heights.
• Ability to work outdoors and in buildings under construction.
• Willingness to wear full personal protective equipment.
• Availability to work 5 to 6 days per week for 10 to 12 hours per day.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and interest in a long-term career.
