Sales Support Executive

Job Overview: Oversee and manage contract vehicles for Public/SLED accounts. This role will focus on maintaining compliance with governmental regulations, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the effective use of contract vehicles to grow Black Box presence within the Public/SLED market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of government contract vehicles, including contract negotiations, renewals, modifications, and closeouts for SLED accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual terms, federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and databases.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities through appropriate contract vehicles.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to contract obligations.
  • Partner with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and agreements under these vehicles.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay current with changes in government contracting regulations and policies impacting the SLED sector.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, and other applicable government acquisition policies.
• Proposal and Bid Support:
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other government solicitations.
  • Monitor government procurement portals and contract opportunities to identify potential projects.
  • Support the development and submission of pricing proposals in line with contractual requirements.
• Market & Contract Strategy:
  • Analyze and monitor SLED market trends, agency budgets, and procurement strategies to optimize contract usage.
  • Recommend new contract vehicles or amendments based on business goals and customer needs.
