Data Request Support Consultant

Summary:

Data Request Support Consultant is responsible for the processes related to client data and analytic requests with a focus on alignment, appropriate communication, and ultimately completion of data and analytic requests. This position will support provider relationships, vendor relationships, and other initiatives that fall into the oversight of the reporting organization. This role collaborates with key contacts within the reporting organization while engage with clients outside the organization to ensure accurate specifications, details, and expectations related to data and analytic request. In addition, this position will engage with associated parties related to key updates and statuses related to data requests and analysis with the goal of ensuring alignment of expectations. This role serves as a subject matter expert for all data requests and analyses and will be responsible for tracking and reporting on all updates and statuses in real-time.

Essential Accountabilities:

• Develops and maintains efficient processes for managing requests, tracking progress, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Analyzes, organizes, and delivers data insights using effective reporting tools and communication methods that support client understanding and decision-making.
• Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and assess business needs to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Serves as the primary liaison between the reporting organization and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, key metrics, and backlog status to clients and leadership.
• Assists in determining any needed details or specifications related to a data request and analyses to aid in its' clarity and completion.
• Assists in any escalated requests to help expedite the completion with key parties and will be a key player involved in the process.
• Responsible for detailed content in discussions, meetings, emails related to requests with both reporting organization and clients.
• Provides updates and key metrics related to request completion turnaround times and will work with leadership in reporting organization to discuss efficiencies and areas of improvement when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of relevant professional experience. Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required. In lieu of a degree, six (6) years of experience required.
• Demonstrated successes with project management and adherence to deadlines, and process management.
• Knowledge of technology and technical tools preferred to help with processes associated to this role.
• Ability to collaborate with clients but also work independently on detailed and complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite.
• Intermediate organizational, communication and process documentation skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work while sitting and/or standing at a workstation viewing a computer and using a keyboard, mouse and/or phone for three (3) or more hours at a time.
• Ability to travel across the Health Plan service region for meetings and/or trainings as needed.

Compensation Range(s):

Grade E4: Minimum $65,346 - Maximum $117,622

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's minimum qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components of the total rewards package may include participation in group health and/or dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away from work, and paid holidays.
