Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing inventory experience will be considered. Training or experience with ERP systems, inventory management, or warehouse operations is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of inventory, stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing experience required. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, forecasting, and materials management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP or Made2Manage (M2M) experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Ability to inspect inventory, review records, and navigate production and stockroom areas throughout the shift. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory data and reports. Job Duties Lead and supervise stockroom personnel, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts, audits, forecasting, and inventory adjustments. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy. Monitor inventory levels, shortages, and material availability to support production schedules. Utilize ERP and Made2Manage (M2M) systems to track inventory, parts, and stock movements. Coordinate with Production, Shipping, and Plant Management to resolve inventory and logistics issues. Review shortage reports and provide updates on inventory status and job progress. Collect and verify employee timesheets and overtime reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Manage scrap material processes and perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
