APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform production assembly and fabrication activities on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cable assemblies. Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, engineering development programs, and production systems. Assemble and inspect circuit card assemblies and component-level electronic hardware. Build RF cables, multifunction cable assemblies, and wire harnesses. Perform ribbon and stripline soldering activities to support RF performance requirements. Conduct inspection, testing, and verification activities on assemblies and integrated systems. Load, configure, and verify customer-specific and standard software on hardware devices. Support fabrication, marking, labeling, and documentation requirements. Participate in quality, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to meet program objectives. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent. 6+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production assembly, electromechanical assembly, or related manufacturing environments. 5+ years of experience performing circuit card assembly and component-level electronic assembly. 4+ years of experience building, integrating, testing, and inspecting electronic hardware and assemblies. 3+ years of experience assembling RF cable assemblies, multifunction cables, and wire harnesses. 3+ years of experience performing soldering, cable termination, or related electronic assembly activities. 2+ years of experience loading, configuring, and validating software on electronic devices or systems. 2+ years of experience working with Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods, quality systems, or manufacturing process controls. What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree or manufacturing-related technical certification. IPC 7711 Certification. Experience supporting defense, aerospace, RF, or highly regulated manufacturing environments. Expertise in component-level troubleshooting and repair. Experience working with RF assemblies, stripline applications, and high-performance cable systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen. Overtime: May be required based on production schedules and program needs. Lifting Requirements: May require lifting and handling electronic assemblies, cables, and manufacturing materials. Work Environment: Advanced electronics manufacturing environment supporting complex defense, RF, prototype, and production hardware systems.
