What You'll Do: Setup, operate, and break down AV equipment per AV calendar; finish tasks on time or early Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite Maintain positive relationships with IT, CLE Operations, LM stakeholders, and guests Monitor events; engage clients via MeetandGreets, checkins, and impromptu meetings Escalate operational questions/concerns to the CLE IT Operations Supervisor Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High school diploma or GED 3-5yr customerservice/hospitality background 3-5yr experience installing & troubleshooting Digital Media, BiAmp, Extron, Crestron Minimum 1yr troubleshooting AV/VC in a large enterprise What Sets You Apart: Strong knowledge of videoconferencing standards (Teams, Zoom, Cisco) and IT/telecom/electrical specs Proficient with MSOffice Handson with Crestron, BiAmp, AnalogWay, Digital Projection, ION, Extron, Shure Understanding of IP wired/wireless networks and IT protocols (TCP/IP, network services) Excellent written & verbal communication; strong guestrelations skills Ability to deliver 4diamond service, adapt quickly to changing requests, and make solid decisions under pressure (executivelevel events) Desktop support expertise across Windows, macOS Additional Information: Ability to lift/push/pull50lb; stand, stoop, or sit for extended periods After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
