Description JOB SUMMARY The Workforce Experience Analyst is the measurement engine of the Digital Workforce team - maintaining the data and dashboards that show how First Tech employees actually experience the technology they use every day, and quantifying the impact of the team's work. Reporting to the Director, Digital Workforce, the Analyst runs the digital employee experience (DEX) measurement program, supplies the evidence that a real employee need exists before the team invests in evaluating a new tool, and safeguards the integrity of the data behind those decisions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Run the digital employee experience measurement program - administering employee surveys, building and maintaining dashboards, and maintaining data quality across employee groups and devices. Supply the evidence base for new tool evaluations - confirming, with experience and survey data, that a documented employee need exists before the team commits engineering effort to a new tool. Capture, validate, and package time-savings evidence for the team's AI and automation initiatives, supporting quarterly reporting to enterprise stakeholders. Contribute data and analysis to monthly team reporting and to quarterly digital employee experience impact reporting. Bring current experience data into weekly team planning so decisions are grounded in evidence rather than anecdote. Apply privacy discipline to employee experience data - working in aggregate wherever possible, limiting individual-level access, and accounting for what combined data sources could reveal about an individual. SCOPE Applies practical and theoretical knowledge of the job area with a growing understanding of the functional area and specialized discipline. Gains exposure to complex tasks. Accountable for assigned tasks and projects. Works independently and may lead small projects or influence decisions. Analyzes and works on moderately complex problems and tasks. Adapts procedures and recommends solutions while exercising judgment. Works independently on most tasks, but is occasionally directed. Demonstrates discretion in daily decision making. Familiarity with enterprise digital employee experience (DEX) platforms and with adoption-measurement tooling such as Microsoft Viva Insights. Ability to translate device telemetry and survey results into clear findings for both technical and non-technical audiences. EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of relevant experience in analytics, employee research, IT measurement, or a comparable field. Strong analytical skills with experience in data stewardship, dashboard development, and survey methodology. Familiarity with enterprise digital employee experience (DEX) platforms and with adoption-measurement tooling such as Microsoft Viva Insights. Ability to translate device telemetry and survey results into clear findings for both technical and non-technical audiences. Attention to data quality, employee privacy, and the integrity of measurement that informs decisions. Sound judgment and discretion in daily decision making.
