Education Requirements Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant pharmaceutical distribution experience will be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience Requirements 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations. 8+ years of leadership experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Supervisor, or similar role. Experience managing pharmaceutical records, inventory documentation, compliance standards, and shipping processes. Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Self-motivated leader who thrives under pressure and consistently meets operational goals. Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required. Flexibility to work varying schedules and support operational needs. Job Duties Supervise daily warehouse operations, shipping activities, and inventory workflows. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards, company policies, and safety procedures. Monitor order fulfillment, product routing, and on-time customer deliveries. Oversee shipping documentation and coordinate transfers between departments. Track delivery progress and resolve operational issues to maintain service levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Respond to customer inquiries and support issue resolution. Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive team productivity. Maintain quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
