Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon to join the expanding Cooper Bone & Joint Institute at Cape Regional. This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and grow a regional orthopaedic trauma practice while working within one of the region's leading academic health systems.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive operative and non-operative management of acute musculoskeletal injuries, fracture care, and orthopaedic trauma / spine patients across the Cape Regional service area. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with orthopaedic subspecialists, advanced practice providers, emergency medicine physicians, and rehabilitation teams in a growing community-based setting supported by Cooper's nationally recognized orthopaedic program.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery preferred.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.

Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive orthopaedic trauma and fracture care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform operative management of acute fractures and complex musculoskeletal injuries.
• Participate in orthopaedic trauma call coverage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
• Support growth and development of orthopaedic trauma services throughout the Cape Regional market.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach focused on exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experience.
