As a Senior IT Analyst within Administrative Systems Management (ASM), Duke's SAP Center of Excellence, you will serve as a key functional expert supporting recruiting, onboarding, and human resources technology initiatives across both Duke University and Duke University Health System. This role combines SuccessFactors system administration, business analysis, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the recruiting and onboarding experience for Duke's workforce.
