Work arrangement - on-site - Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00 Position Summary The Administrative Clerk (Bilingual Spanish) provides administrative and operational support to the Language Access Services department. This position is responsible for coordinating office activities, scheduling interpreter services through approved vendors, managing communications, assisting with departmental meetings, preparing simple reports, and supporting various clerical functions. The employee must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently and demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
