We're looking for two Marketing Campaign Managers who can turn business goals into impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that connect with our members across every stage of their financial journey.

Schedule/Location



  • This position offers a hybrid schedule, with two to three days per week onsite at our Lake Forest corporate office and the remaining days worked remotely.
  • Local Northern IL / Southeast WI candidates only!


    What You'll Do

    As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll be the driving force behind integrated marketing campaigns that promote our products, engage our members, and support business growth.

    You'll:



    • Develop and lead omnichannel marketing strategies for assigned financial products and services
    • Partner with business and product leaders to transform goals into compelling campaigns and measurable results
    • Manage campaigns from initial concept through execution, reporting, and optimization
    • Build project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and keep initiatives moving forward
    • Serve as a strategic advisor by recommending creative, member-focused solutions that align with organizational priorities
    • Ensure campaigns meet brand, messaging, and compliance standards while delivering a high-quality experience
    • Communicate campaign details and resources across the organization to ensure teams are informed and ready for launch
    • Measure campaign performance, uncover insights, and identify opportunities to improve future results
    • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate marketing effectiveness


    What We're Looking For



    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, product marketing, or similar roles; in financial services preferred

      Compensation & Benefits:

      The salary range for this role is $78,198 to $125,114 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

You will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) savings plan at any time.
