The RoleAs a Senior Quality Program Manager, you will help ensure quality requirements are defined, integrated, and achieved throughout the program lifecycle. You will serve as a primary connection between program leadership and functional quality organizations, promoting clear communication, disciplined execution, and program readiness. You will develop and implement quality processes supporting the development, testing, and manufacture of advanced technology products in the communications and connectivity space-physical products that help connect people and communities around the world. This role is well suited for a quality professional who excels at solving complex problems, delivering practical solutions, and working independently in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, communicate program quality status and risks, and help establish scalable processes that support safe and reliable execution. This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which includes Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, and Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. The organization supports Blue Origin's design, manufacturing, and operations activities by advancing system safety, engineering rigor, environmental health and safety, product integrity, and continuous improvement. The Quality Program Management team helps ensure quality requirements are integrated and achieved across Blue Origin programs. The team acts as a conduit of information between program leadership and quality organizations while supporting consistent execution throughout the product lifecycle.
