THE ROLE: We are seeking an Engineering Lab Supervisor to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams supporting advanced server system testing and validation. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with early engineering samples and cutting-edge CPU, GPU, networking, and server technologies before they reach customers or the broader market. In this role, you will oversee engineering activities across five specialized laboratories supporting environmental, thermal, mechanical, failure analysis, transportation, and EMI/EMC testing. You will lead a team of engineers from multiple technical disciplines while partnering with lab operations, warehouse, facilities, and site leadership to ensure testing is completed safely, efficiently, and successfully. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where engineering projects and experiments may operate continuously. The role is primarily Monday through Friday during standard business hours; however, occasional after-hours or weekend support may be needed to coordinate the response to critical testing or equipment issues. THE PERSON: The successful candidate is a self-motivated and solutions-oriented leader who takes ownership of projects and can operate with limited oversight. You are comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities, and bringing forward potential solutions when challenges arise. You are an effective communicator who enjoys working across engineering disciplines and building strong relationships with technical teams, customers, and operational partners. You do not need to be an expert in every laboratory discipline, but you should be curious, adaptable, and willing to learn from subject-matter experts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, knows when to escalate an issue, and can remain organized and responsive when supporting time-sensitive engineering activities.
