Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $90,050.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

Providing management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Operations Cell. Support the Government JT&E Director to develop program and testing priorities for fielded and emerging capabilities, work with diverse geographically dispersed teams of subject matter analysts and facilitate the development of non-material products including concept of operations (CONOPS), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Operations Leads will:

    Managing resource utilization, contractor staffing, and work prioritization/scheduling
  • Developing and applying quality control measures that meet Government standards
  • Marshal contractor resources for the successful execution of JT&E projects
  • Supporting the efforts of cross-disciplinary JT&E project teams, which may involve conducting simultaneous projects at multiple locations
  • Maintaining communications (meetings, briefings, reports, etc.) with the Government client and other internal/external stakeholders to establish and sustain situational awareness of on-going and planned JT&E program activities

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, or related technical discipline
  • Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 5 years of experience with Department of War test and evaluation or acquisition programs, projects, or portfolios with supervisory duties managing contractors


Desired Skills

  • Experience with previous JT&E projects
  • A relevant certification (Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), etc.)
  • A master's degree in business or a related technical discipline

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
