Aquent is partnering with a pioneering company at the forefront of reinventing personal transportation through autonomous ride-hailing. This organization is driven by a bold mission to bring innovative, safe, and efficient mobility solutions to the world. They foster a creative and collaborative environment where groundbreaking ideas flourish, and every team member is united by a shared purpose to build the future of transportation.

Are you a media expert with a passion for innovation and a knack for driving impactful campaigns? This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a tangible difference in shaping the future of mobility! You will be instrumental in launching and scaling autonomous ride-hailing services in new and existing markets. You'll own full-funnel media strategies, from building brand awareness to driving customer acquisition and retention, directly contributing to the company's growth and market leadership. Your strategic vision and execution prowess will bring cutting-edge transportation solutions to consumers, transforming how people move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy and activation of integrated media campaigns spanning paid social, video, audio, display, out-of-home, search, experiential, and influencer marketing, supporting market launches and ongoing growth.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with media agency partners, overseeing media strategy, investment, and reporting to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, launch timelines, and media efficiencies.
  • Partner closely with internal marketing and analytics teams, as well as external media and creative agencies, to ensure media plans reflect overall go-to-market strategies and creative requirements.
  • Track cross-channel performance metrics against business and marketing KPIs, proactively reallocating spend and creative assets based on real-time performance.
  • Manage multi-million dollar media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI, precise delivery tracking, and monthly reconciliation across active markets.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience managing and scaling integrated, full-funnel media campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets, either in-house at a technology, mobility, automotive, or consumer brand, or at a leading media agency (heavy preference for agency background).
  • Proven experience driving strategy and execution across complex media plans, holding external partners accountable to tight go-to-market timelines, and balancing shifting business priorities without sacrificing execution quality.
  • Deep familiarity across the modern media stack, including programmatic display/video, CTV/OTT, paid social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), audio, linear, search, and high-impact out-of-home.
  • Comfortable working with media measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM, MTA, brand lift studies, incremental lift testing) and partnering with data science teams to prove media ROI.
  • Strong analytical thinking paired with sharp creative instincts.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, capable of operating with high autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, collaborative spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and perseverance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting new-market or new-product launches, ideally for a brand introducing a new category or hardware/service experience to consumers.
  • Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, GA4).
  • Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and end-to-end campaign ownership as an individual contributor.
  • Genuine interest in autonomous vehicles and the future of transportation.
  • Experience with Influencer Marketing.
