Aquent is partnering with a leading organization in the travel and leisure sector to find a dynamic and driven Product professional. This is an unparalleled opportunity to shape the technological backbone of their human resources and workforce operations. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the entire employee journey, from recruitment to daily administration, directly impacting the experience of countless individuals and contributing to the efficiency and success of a world-renowned brand.

About the Role

As a key contributor, you will drive product delivery across critical areas including recruitment, onboarding, employment readiness, workforce administration, candidate and employee portals, and essential system integrations. This role demands a hands-on approach, where you will partner with HR, Recruitment, Workforce Operations, and Technology teams to translate complex business needs into clear priorities and actionable requirements. Your ability to quickly adapt, navigate demanding operational needs, and steer initiatives from refinement through stabilization will be crucial to your success and the impact you make.

Key Responsibilities



  • Own and prioritize backlogs for assigned initiatives, enhancements, and operational needs.
  • Translate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support capabilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, visa acquisition, and workforce administration.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end candidate and employee journeys, including handoffs, exceptions, and required actions.
  • Support the ongoing enhancement and upkeep of candidate and employee portals.
  • Define requirements for data transmission across Workday and other upstream and downstream systems.
  • Partner with Engineering to refine requirements, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery readiness.
  • Lead backlog refinement, product decision-making, release planning, and implementation support.
  • Support testing, user validation, deployment readiness, communications, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into priorities, scope, risks, decisions, and delivery progress.
  • Use AI tools where appropriate to improve requirements, documentation, testing support, and delivery efficiency.


Required Skills & Experience



  • 3 or more years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting HR, recruitment, onboarding, workforce management, employee lifecycle, or operational technology.
  • Strong requirements, process analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience with complex workflows, employment documentation, compliance processes, data integrations, or employee-facing portals.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.


Preferred Skills



  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HR and workforce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Flowable, or similar delivery tools.
  • Experience supporting global workforce, visa, immigration, travel, or related processes.

  • Backlogs are clear, prioritized, and ready for delivery.
  • Requirements accurately reflect business processes, user needs, integrations, and operational scenarios.
  • Product decisions are timely and aligned with business and delivery objectives.
  • Stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and implementation readiness.
  • Candidate and employee experiences improve through reduced friction and greater process transparency.
  • Initiatives progress through development, testing, deployment, and stabilization with reduced ambiguity.


This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
