- As the Corporate Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company's financial reporting processes. This position leads key accounting functions that support the monthly close cycle, financial statement preparation, and compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements while guiding and developing accounting team members.

What You'll Do In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and develop accounting team members while overseeing day-to-day record-to-report accounting activities.
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and internal control requirements.
- Manage monthly close activities, including accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis of complex accounting matters.
- Partner with Technical Accounting to evaluate transactions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Accounting Systems, Technology, and project teams to enhance accounting processes and support future-state consolidation initiatives.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide supporting documentation, analysis, and explanations throughout audit engagements.
- Prepare and present timely financial reports, account analyses, and insights that support informed business decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
What You Will Bring Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Minimum of four (4) years of accounting experience, including at least two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with corporate accounting and record-to-report processes.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and accounting analyses.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources and make sound business recommendations.
- Strong investigative, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting accounting functions for organizations with international operations.
- Managerial experience leading accounting teams in a corporate environment.
- SAP experience, including S/4HANA preferred.
- Experience supporting SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
- Experience partnering with accounting systems, technology, and transformation initiatives.
- Background in process improvement, automation, or accounting modernization efforts.
- Experience working within publicly traded or highly regulated organizations.
Compensation The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000. Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and the comprehensive benefits outlined in the My Total Value section.
