UMKC's Kansas City Athletics Job Description
This position provides high-level administrative support to the Athletic Director (AD) and Vice Chancellor (AD) and Deputy AD/Senior Women's Administrator (SWA). Working directly with the Deputy AD/SWA, the Senior Executive Assistant manages complex scheduling, travel and logistics, and planning activities. In addition, the role will take on some business manager functions to assist in the overall workflow of the Athletic Department. The role serves as a trusted administrative partner who helps keep a highly visible, fast-moving athletics operation running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications

Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $53,976 - $65,000 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. The University of Missouri provides generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions that add to your bottom line.
