Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

We have an opportunity at Osaic to join a team that specializes in making a real-world impact on financial professionals and their staff. When you are part of the team, you will be responsible for providing technology coaching and consulting our affiliated financial professionals to help them grow their efficiencies to create a high-touch client experience. Team members' responsibilities include conducting live and virtual educational sessions, facilitating virtual study groups, and providing subject-matter expertise and technology trends to support the on-going content development initiatives.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop andnurture strong relationshipswithin a designated region to growtheFinancialProfessionalsuse of technology solutions to support businessgrowth
  • Provide consultingto financial professionals on a range of business issues, includingtechnologystrategy,CRM (Client Relationship Management) success, digital solutions,AI Tools,client experience solutions,and scalableworkflows
  • Conduct discovery on client needs, issues,andobstacles
  • Formulate recommendations forprocessimprovement
  • Select and deliverappropriate toolsand resources to help achievegoals
  • Provide actionablefeedback andadvice
  • Guide financial professionals through the change managementprocess
  • Leverageassessment tool to display success of consultingresults
  • Conduct virtual and in-person coaching and educational sessions for financial professionals and supportstaff
  • Facilitate virtual study groupmeetings.
  • Meet with offices via phone/online seminar to discuss their technology managementitems
  • Provide custom demonstrations of offerings to help get offices started integratingtechnology
  • Create and deliver peer panel technology symposiums with expert speakers on variousbusinesstechnologysolutions
  • Create and deliver technology presentations and represent the business unit at conferences and branchmeetings.
  • Create podcastcontent and interviewsto highlight technology improvements and officeimpact
  • Build expert consulting techniques and grow your knowledge across a broad range of business disciplinesandevolution oftechnologysolutions
  • Interface,communicate, and supportmultiple departments within the organizationon technology solution needs.Work collaboratively across business units to provide service and tofacilitatecrossreferrals
  • Developand documentrepeatablestrategies to helpFinancial Professionalsbetter use new digital tools to run their practice moreefficiently
  • Understand and be able todemonstratea workingknowledge ofmetricsto measuremilestones andprogress

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in financial servicesincluding focus onbusiness coaching/consulting/training
  • Experience with technology solutions including CRM solutions, digital tools, document management,and workflowtools.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professionalmanner
  • Strong consulting and coaching skills
  • Aptitude to analyze information and behavior and develop relevantsolutions
  • Ability to plan and implement organizational goals andobjectives
  • Capableness to project a strong customer service focusutilizingempathy, patience, and the desire for positive closure (agreement)
  • Ability to review and revise processes andprocedures
  • Skill in conducting effective presentations(virtual and in person)and workshops; excellent verbal and writtencommunication
  • Skillinleveragingsoftware packages (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)
  • All other duties asassigned

Preferred Requirements:

  • Active FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) registrations preferred - ex: Series6,7, 24, and 63/65 (or Series 66).If not current,abilityto completeapplicableSIE, 6 or 7 within 12 months.
