Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 1:10 PM

Job Duties



  • Conduct quality audits on products, materials, and operational processes to verify compliance with Bosch standards and procedures.
  • Perform internal audits and document findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
  • Verify compliance with Bosch Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Investigate quality issues and ensure containment and corrective actions are implemented.
  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, finished goods, and new product samples.
  • Use measurement and testing equipment such as gauges, micrometers, indicators, scales, and other precision tools.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality performance.



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.



Experience Requirements



  • Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Auditor.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
