Schedule:1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read work instructions, packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory records.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and handheld scanners.


Experience Requirements



  • Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, shipping, material handling, or logistics preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners, WMS, ERP systems, or inventory tracking software is a plus.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment preferred.
  • Strong work history demonstrating reliability, productivity, and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, damaged materials, and inventory issues accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the workday.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and moving throughout the facility regularly.


Job Duties



  • Execute daily warehouse and receiving tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Production Coordinator.
  • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory records.
  • Inspect incoming inventory for damage, accuracy, and quality concerns; document and report discrepancies.
  • Label, sort, stage, and organize inventory for storage or further processing.
  • Accurately enter receiving transactions into warehouse management and inventory systems.
  • Utilize WMS, ERP systems, and RF scanners to track inventory movements and transactions.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
  • Support inventory control activities, housekeeping initiatives, and special projects as needed.
