• B Shift: Monday-Wednesday 6:30 PM-6:30 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM-12:30 AM
• D Shift: Friday 12:30 AM-6:30 AM and Friday-Sunday 6:30 PM-6:30 AM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Material handling experience preferred
• Experience working in a production or extrusion manufacturing environment is a plus

• Stage and load aging ovens and start age cycles according to production schedules
• Inspect aluminum extrusions before entering the aging process
• Move, organize, and receive alloy materials throughout the production area
• Support press operations and assist production teams as needed
• Handle materials, dump scrap bins, and move trailers safely
• Maintain inventory of baskets, spacers, and other production consumables
• Follow quality standards and customer specifications on manufacturing orders
• Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet production and delivery schedules while maintaining quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Extrusion Ager Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
