UX/UI Designer (Remote)

Freelance UX/UI Designer

Part-Time 20 hours a week

W2, no C2C

REMOTE but must be available during CST Business Hours

On behalf of our agency client, we're looking for an experienced, freelance-based, UX/UI Designer to join a creative team on a remote contract basis. This is a hands-on role focused on creating intuitive, polished, high-performing digital experiences for B2B audiences.

Details:

• Contract: Approximately 30 days, with potential for extension
• Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week; flexible based on project needs
• Remote, but must be available to work CST hours
• Must be available during day
• 5+ years of UX/UI

What You'll Do:

• Design responsive websites and digital experiences from concept through high-fidelity UI
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
• Build and extend design systems and reusable components in Figma
• Balance usability, visual design, brand, content, and conversion goals
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, content, and development teams
• Partner with developers to ensure designs are practical and production-ready
• Evaluate existing experiences and identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement

What We're Looking For:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and UI/visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, responsive design, and prototyping
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, interaction design, and information hierarchy
• Experience designing complex, content-rich websites or digital products
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience working with developers and translating designs into front-end implementation

Nice to Have:

Experience with FigJam, Relume, WordPress, Contentful, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jira, Monday.com, and AI-enabled design/prototyping tools.
