Find your calling at Mercy! *Collaborates with executive leaders, Mercy Patient Access leaders, providers/clinicians, and third-party vendors to create strategically customized operational plans that drive high value for Mercy.
*Supports Mercy Patient Access with new acquisitions, patient and caregiver satisfaction, and overall success for all regions within Mercy, reporting to the Executive Director of Patient Access.
*Thinks creatively and proactively monitors how technology trends can advance Mercy Patient Access and acts as a change agent to inspire and ideate innovative technologies to drive business strategy and customer priorities.
*Strengthens collaborative relationships with technology, innovation, and technology executives, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for the patient access team to be successful, following the Mercy Strategic Vision. Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
* At least 7 years of work experience in Patient Access related field.
* At least 2 years proven success as a Leader/Managerial Experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Previous director level experience.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
* Proven track record developing automation services and solutions (outside of staffing).
* Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior leaders and technology teams.
* Ability to navigate systems and work effectively in Excel.
* Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in EPIC.

Physical Requirements:
* Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
* Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift.
* Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
