Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills required.
• Ability to learn inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, material handling, or storeroom experience preferred.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift and pallet jack is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with cycle counting, inventory control, and receiving operations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience using computers for inventory tracking and product transactions.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the work shift.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move warehouse materials as required.
• Capable of operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain attendance reliability.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory and supplies.
• Unload trucks and verify shipments against packing documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack to move materials safely throughout the facility.
• Issue products and materials to internal customers while providing excellent customer service.
• Use inventory management systems and computers daily to track transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment.
• Support warehouse and inventory operations to ensure uninterrupted production and customer service needs.
