Your impact on the team We are hiring two Software Engineering Managers to join the engineering organization supporting Connect, McGraw Hill's digital learning platform. Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, the Manager, Software Engineering for Connect will lead and develop a team of software engineers and responsible for building and evolving high-quality digital products and services. You will drive delivery, team health, and technical excellence while partnering cross-functionally to align with product goals. This role requires a highly technical leader with strong software engineering experience and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in a SOX- and SOC 2-compliant environment where engineering, security, and operational rigor matter. The pay range for this position is between $124,300 - $190,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
