As Product Marketing Manager, Assessment + Personalization, you will help shape how McGraw Hill brings assessment, personalization, GenAI, and professional learning solutions to educators and the broader K-12 market. Your insights and marketing expertise will help create clarity, differentiation, and meaningful connections across our portfolio. How can you make an impact? As part of the Marketing team, you will leverage market research and voice-of-customer data to develop cross-discipline storylines and strategies that build trust, appeal, and differentiation. You will collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to connect these narratives to curriculum while helping inform product development across product lines. You will also lead high-impact marketing initiatives spanning customer segmentation, market assessment, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution. A key focus will be supporting the launch of a new literacy assessment in the K-12 market while maintaining a strong understanding of assessment trends, customer needs, competitors, and emerging opportunities. The pay range for this position is between $82,100 - $105,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
