Lead Program Management Analyst Job Summary The Lead Program Management Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives that support the commercial development of data centers and other large-load growth opportunities, long-term infrastructure planning, and grid modernization efforts. This highly visible role partners with executive leadership to deliver complex, multi-billion-dollar programs that shape the future of the business. The successful candidate will provide program leadership across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, establish governance frameworks, influence strategic decision-making, and ensure successful execution through cross-functional collaboration.
