MaineHealth Maine Medical CenterThoracic SurgeryOncology is a growing division seeking a part-time(0.40 FTE/16 hrs) outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associateto support ourThoracic Surgeons and their ambulatory practice. Patient care includes post-operative care, diagnostic imaging and interpretation and lung and esophageal cancer surveillance.

Our office hours are M-F 8-430 with flexibility- no weekend, no call.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.

Successful completion of accreditedNurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.

Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.

Current BLS certification.

Experience in acute care/surgery preferred
