  • Cross-check creative assets against brief requirements to ensure all specifications, feedback, and brand guidelines are met before release.
  • Help identify potential timing bottlenecks and work with team leads to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate Product Detail Page (PDP) setup processes, asset tracking, and content organization within PIM/DAM systems.
  • Help manage workflows for 3D packshots, product textures, product laydowns, and video assets across internal teams and vendors.
  • Keep the global animation calendar up to date to support upcoming campaign rollouts.
  • Act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for global market asset requests and quality checks.

  • Conduct periodic site audits and track market trends to support team continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist with logistics and coordination for internal digital events and forums.
