Our client, a global leader in technology, is seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join their dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of localization efforts, directly impacting how users across the globe experience cutting-edge digital products. You will coordinate localization quality assurance, manage vendor testers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, localized products in numerous languages. Your ability to identify issues quickly, communicate effectively, and drive solutions will be key to maintaining the highest standards of user experience.

What you'll do:



  • Lead and coordinate localization quality assurance (QA) efforts, ensuring the highest standards are met across all projects.
  • Collaborate with vendor testers, both locally and internationally, to execute comprehensive QA plans.
  • Create detailed QA plans and actively support QA activities within the localization lab environment.
  • Identify, track, and fix bugs efficiently, contributing directly to the quality of localized products.
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality localized products on time, often in up to 40 languages simultaneously.
  • Proactively recognize and raise potential issues, communicating status and blockers effectively to management and cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to the overall success of global product launches by ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Solid understanding of Localization Workflows, Software Development, and Software QA methodologies.
  • Experience working with content management databases and localization tools.
  • Proven record of localization project management, including testing and bug tracking.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a global team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal cross-functional communication skills and experience.
  • Experience with planning, managing, and delivering multiple projects within very tight timeframes.
  • High level of focus and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize key deliverables and call out blockers, as soon as they arise, to multi-functional partners.
  • Ability to be flexible, highly organized, and respond quickly and enthusiastically to often rapidly changing direction.
  • Ability to be inventive, able to handle complex situations and deadlines, possess very good analytical skills, and demonstrate a strong aim to learn and succeed.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Competence working on various digital platforms and familiarity with digital products and services is desired.
  • Experience with scripting in Python and JavaScript is desired.
  • Native-level fluency in one or more languages besides English desired.


Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in localization or QA.
