Join a pioneering company at the forefront of revolutionizing urban mobility, where cutting-edge technology meets real-world application. This organization is rapidly advancing the commercialization of its autonomous ride-hail service, building the essential infrastructure to scale its operations efficiently and safely.

Aquent is seeking a visionary Program Manager to take on a high-impact role, driving the critical infrastructure that powers next-generation autonomous fleet operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in deploying essential IT and data infrastructure, and supporting autonomous navigation capabilities across operational sites. You will be a foundational contributor, ensuring the seamless performance of vital functions such as vehicle charging, data offload, maintenance, and repair, directly shaping the future of how autonomous fleets operate on the ground.

About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will tackle complex operational challenges, ensuring that sites run efficiently at scale. You will bridge operational needs with technical capabilities, playing a pivotal role in enabling infrastructure that supports a robotaxi fleet before and after missions. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and directly contribute to the rollout of advanced autonomous driving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Infrastructure Integration: Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge technical requirements with operational needs, ensuring seamless deployment of data and IT infrastructure across operational sites.
  • Drive Operational Resilience: Champion site-wide stability by proactively managing complex technical challenges, ensuring seamless performance and uninterrupted service during critical live operations.
  • Drive Mission Operations: Support the coordination of mission-critical mapping, testing, and validation programs, fostering cross-functional collaboration to accelerate the rollout of autonomous driving capabilities.
  • Design Site Strategy: Design and implement strategic site planning frameworks that serve as the blueprint for operational success, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions during site evaluations.
  • Drive Operational Capability: Train and support site operations teams on existing infrastructure, spearheading the root-cause troubleshooting of localized connectivity issues while integrating these operational insights into future site design blueprints.
  • Drive Provider Accountability: Partner directly with telecommunications providers to compress installation timelines, holding vendors to firm schedules and high service standards to ensure rapid, predictable site activation.
  • Ensure Data Security: Collaborate cross-functionally with Information Security teams to guarantee that all data ingested from operational sites and third-party vendors strictly aligns with corporate compliance and data protection requirements.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess a robust background in program management, particularly within operations infrastructure, IT, or data-focused projects. You are a highly capable, forward-thinking, and tenacious individual with a proven ability to drive complex initiatives from conception to completion.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in program management, specifically related to the deployment of IT and data infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating technical requirements into operational solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical challenges and ensuring operational stability.
  • Experience coordinating mission-critical programs and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing strategic planning frameworks.
  • Ability to train and support operational teams, including root-cause troubleshooting and integrating insights into future designs.
  • Experience in vendor management, including holding external providers accountable for timelines and service standards.
  • Familiarity with data security principles and compliance requirements, with experience collaborating with information security teams.
