We are seeking a visionary professional to spearhead online revenue strategy and digital touchpoints for a vital product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategic planning and dynamic execution, driving modern digital visibility and establishing key performance metrics that will shape the future of e-commerce for this organization. You will be instrumental in scaling digital operations, mentoring talent, and collaborating with brand teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. Your expertise will directly influence market penetration and consumer engagement, contributing to the success of products that genuinely make a difference in people's lives.

What You'll Do



  • Pioneer and execute omni-channel growth strategies across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon.com and Walmart Connect, ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue and growth objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership and oversight for 1-2 external agency partners specializing in e-commerce and digital channels, setting clear performance metrics and ensuring accountability and strategic alignment.
  • Direct 2 specialized agencies in content optimization, ensuring all product detail pages and brand web properties are meticulously crafted for modern Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies, making the digital footprint conversion-optimized and AI-ready.
  • Develop and implement robust analytics dashboards and key performance metrics to deliver actionable insights on crucial KPIs, including traffic and revenue performance, to senior leadership.
  • Strategically manage e-commerce and digital growth marketing budgets, optimizing capital allocation across all growth channels for maximum impact.
  • Lead and mentor an E-Commerce Manager, delegating operational tasks, and providing strategic recommendations for the future structure and expansion of the digital growth team.


Qualifications



  • 6-10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital brand management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue on Amazon and other retail e-commerce channels.
  • Proven ability to manage, challenge, and hold agency partners accountable for results.
  • Expertise in preparing websites (e.g., WordPress), digital assets, and product detail pages to be AI-ready through the application of SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) frameworks.
  • Proficiency in establishing comprehensive reporting dashboards and tracking core metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, and conversion rates.
  • Experience in managing direct reports, effectively allocating budgets, and fostering strong collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
