The Opportunity

A globally recognized retail and lifestyle brand is adding a Graphic Production Artist to its in-house creative services team for the holiday season. This is the busiest, most visible stretch of the year, and you'd be right in the middle of it.

You'd sit on the Production Art team supporting email design, partnering daily with a Senior Designer and Art Director to turn approved concepts into flawless, print and digital ready files. Fast cadence, real volume, real brand exposure. If you're the person who catches the thing everyone else missed, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do

  • Provide production support to the Senior Designer and layout production team
  • Lay out and resize marketing collateral across multiple formats
  • Build layouts and adapt design into standardized templates
  • Assemble all elements of production design and copy with total accuracy
  • Prep final files for output: pre-flight, export, and upload to web based systems
  • Partner with traffic, retouching, and marketing to manage deliverables and timelines
  • Action off cadence business changes without letting quality slip
  • Contribute to new design work when the opportunity comes up
  • Maintain file organization, workflow best practices, and brand standards

What a Week Looks Like

In season creative routes Monday. Feedback lands mid day Tuesday. Edits get re-routed and delivered by Thursday afternoon. You own the edits and the deliveries, plus anything that comes through off schedule. It's a rhythm, and once you're in it, it moves.

What You Bring

  • Expert level Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge, Acrobat
  • Figma proficiency (required)
  • Animation experience
  • Strong typography, layout, and graphic design fundamentals
  • Ability to translate approved concepts into multiple sizes and formats while holding continuity
  • Full understanding of the prepress process and file prep for final output
  • Meticulous, detail obsessed approach to quality control
  • Comfort in a high volume environment with last minute changes
  • Clear, proactive communication and a team first mindset
  • Professional industry experience (this is not an entry level role)

Nice to have: Retail or lifestyle brand experience, Digital Asset Management system experience, scripting and automation skills, a portfolio that shows range.
