Are you a visionary Senior Graphic Designer ready to make a profound impact on high-stakes projects? We're seeking an on-call consultant to join a consistent core team, where your artistic prowess will be pivotal in shaping the visual communications for our client's most discerning clientele. This isn't about churning out templates; it's about diving into complex challenges, offering proactive creative inspiration, and producing sophisticated, bespoke artistic deliverables that set new benchmarks for excellence. You'll be integrated into projects from their very inception, playing a crucial role in elevating visual storytelling and ensuring every piece of collateral reflects the exacting standards our clients expect.

What You'll Do:



  • Provide proactive creative direction and inspiration for complex, high-level design projects, presenting multiple artistic options for team selection.
  • Design and produce sophisticated visual materials, including presentations, invitations, worksheets, artistic renderings, and other bespoke collateral for discerning clients.
  • Collaborate closely with a core project team, including key leaders and occasional external consultants, fostering a truly integrated and supportive environment.
  • Translate complex concepts and guidance into compelling visual narratives, asking insightful questions to clarify requirements and ensure artistic alignment.
  • Incorporate extensive feedback and revisions from the project team and clients with a flexible and "no ego" approach, always striving for the best outcome.
  • Manage project timelines effectively, leveraging advanced notice to consistently deliver high-quality work that meets rigorous standards.


What You'll Bring:



  • Senior-level experience (7+ years preferred) in graphic design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing complex, high-level artistic, and conceptual design work.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, including mastery of master layouts and document design for locked elements.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide creative inspiration and develop multiple distinct design approaches for a single project.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse project teams and discerning clients.
  • A highly adaptable and flexible approach to design, coupled with a strong willingness to receive and incorporate extensive feedback and revisions without ego.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience working with high-stakes clients, luxury brands, or within consulting environments.
