About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital health products, directly influencing how users interact with critical healthcare solutions. You'll lead design initiatives from conception to launch, driving innovation and ensuring our products are not only functional but also deeply intuitive and user-friendly. Your work will directly contribute to transforming patient experiences and advancing care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from initial discovery and research through execution, iteration, and final handoff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, data science, and clinical partners to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Architect user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specs for complex digital health tools and systems.
• Advocate for user needs by conducting or synthesizing qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and analytics.
• Champion, expand, and maintain design system components and standards to ensure scalability and brand consistency across platforms.
• Mentor and elevate junior team members while establishing design standards, best practices, and strategic frameworks.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or digital product strategy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of launching complex, human-centered digital products from concept to scale.
• Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam).
• Proven experience building, applying, or maintaining scalable design systems.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional environments, managing stakeholder alignment and communicating strategic design decisions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Direct experience in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience designing for multi-platform ecosystems (iOS, Android, and web).
