Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of advanced programs. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind strategic initiatives, defining and addressing complex challenges with independent judgment and a proactive approach. You will build robust systems for continuous improvement, manage critical stakeholders, and ensure that programs not only meet but exceed business outcomes. What You'll Do



  • Independently author program charters, defining scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Create detailed project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, identifying risks, dependencies, and program constraints.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and optimize team roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage program escalations efficiently, collaborating closely with stakeholders to find swift resolutions.
  • Design and implement predictable communication plans, tailored to various stakeholder types, and represent the program team across diverse touchpoints.
  • Execute change management requirements, developing comprehensive rollout plans including impact analysis, and monitoring progress to resolve misalignments.
  • Independently determine and collect necessary data for effective program execution and governance, maintaining project trackers and status reports.
  • Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.
  • Define program governance structures, including effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and lead productive program team meetings.
  • Determine program phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement, including Resource Stewardship, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and rationale for program pivots.
