About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in organizing, managing, and optimizing program activities that deliver significant business results. You will develop robust systems to proactively identify areas for improvement, drive future optimizations, and implement effective change management strategies, all while monitoring key performance metrics. Your ability to navigate evolving circumstances with independent judgment and manage diverse stakeholder expectations will be crucial to your success. You will operate with a deep understanding of your program's domain, ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and strategic foresight.



  • Independently author comprehensive program charters that define scope, timelines, objectives, resourcing, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, breaking down complex initiatives into discrete phases, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing clear visibility into program constraints.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize team roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactively manage program escalations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve timely and effective resolutions.
  • Design and implement predictable program communication plans, tailored to various stakeholder types, and represent the program team across diverse touchpoints.
  • Execute change management requirements identified by stakeholders, developing rollout plans with impact analysis and monitoring progress to resolve any misalignments.
  • Independently determine and collect essential data for effective program execution and governance, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.
  • Identify and execute program tasks, proactively managing dependencies while incorporating principles of product quality, inclusivity, and brand integrity.
  • Define robust program governance structures, ensuring effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and facilitate productive program team meetings.
  • Determine program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement, including efficient resource management, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and rationale for any program pivots.
