This company is at the forefront of digital transformation, constantly pushing boundaries to create impactful experiences and solutions for a vast global audience.

Are you a master storyteller and a strategic communicator passionate about fostering connection and clarity within a dynamic global team? We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to play a pivotal role in shaping internal narratives and driving employee engagement for a critical marketing function. This isn't just a communications role; it's an opportunity to directly influence how thousands of employees understand, connect with, and contribute to the overarching vision and priorities of a world-renowned organization. You will be the architect of compelling internal stories, translating complex business strategies and leadership direction into clear, actionable communications that resonate, inspire, and unite. Your work will directly enhance employee understanding, alignment, and engagement, ensuring every team member sees how their contributions drive collective success.

What You'll Do

This role is designed for a strategic communicator who thrives on translating vision into action. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between leadership and employees, ensuring that key priorities are not just communicated, but truly understood and embraced. Your daily impact will involve:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive employee communications plans that support organizational priorities within the marketing function.
  • Translating complex organizational priorities and leadership direction into clear, compelling, and engaging employee communications.
  • Drafting a wide range of internal content, including employee announcements, emails, executive messages, manager communications, event communications, recaps, and supporting materials.
  • Creating essential communication assets such as key messages, FAQs, communication toolkits, and shareable content.
  • Coordinating communications across various channels and diverse audiences, recommending optimal approaches, timing, and sequencing.
  • Providing critical communications support for major organizational moments, including strategic announcements, reorganizations, strategy rollouts, and key initiatives.
  • Partnering with communications leadership to support executive and organizational communications, drafting talking points, presentations, social content, and employee-facing messages.
  • Assisting with the development of leadership content across platforms like LinkedIn and Viva Engage, translating executive thinking into approachable employee communications.
  • Developing materials for large-scale internal events such as All Hands meetings, AMAs, manager meetings, partner meetings, and executive engagements.
  • Crafting strong first drafts that require strategic refinement rather than extensive rewrites, maintaining editorial consistency across all channels.
  • Adapting content for varied audiences, ensuring it is clear, concise, actionable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Applying expert editorial judgment to determine essential employee information, its significance, and required actions.
  • Utilizing AI tools to accelerate content development and enhance quality.
  • Managing and evolving internal communications communities, developing agendas, content, resources, and follow-through activities.
  • Coordinating stakeholder participation and engagement for internal initiatives.
  • Leading communications and production support for key internal and marketing events, including building communication plans, managing invitations, registrations, speaker communications, and recaps.
  • Coordinating vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics for events, ensuring a cohesive program experience.
  • Serving as a trusted communications partner to stakeholders across the marketing function, consulting on messaging, audience strategy, and communication approaches.
  • Building integrated plans across communications, events, communities, and engagement activities, anticipating stakeholder needs and downstream implications.
  • Driving cross-functional coordination and follow-through, bringing proactive recommendations and solutions to the table.
