What you will enjoy doing*
- You will maintain and update
comprehensive GIS databases for pipeline assets to meet federal and state regulatory requirements - Utilize GIS tools to perform
spatial analysis for risk assessments, threat identification, and integrity management programs - Further, provide GIS-based mapping,
routing analysis, and data visualization for pipeline replacement projects, new construction notifications, pressure testing, and facility modifications - Conduct regular audits, validations, and updates of geospatial pipeline data,
including alignment with as-built drawings, surveys, and field verifications - Develop and generate
regulatory reports, dashboards, maps, and visualizations for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory agencies - Also, identify opportunities to
enhance GIS workflows for regulatory efficiency and pipeline safety
What makes you great

Professional Engineer (PE) license or GIS Professional (GISP) certification is a plus - You have five to ten years of progressive experience in pipeline operations, integrity management, or regulatory compliance, with significant hands-on use of GIS platforms (e.g., Esri ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, Pipeline GIS extensions) Experience in midstream or transmission pipeline environments strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in GIS
software for pipeline-specific applications, including spatial analysis, data modeling, geoprocessing, and cartography - Strong pipeline engineering and regulatory knowledge, with the ability to apply
geospatial data to real-world compliance and maintenance challenges - Moreover, have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, survey data, and pipeline records
