As Vice President of Philanthropy, you will lead fundraising, donor engagement, and volunteer services strategies that directly support our mission. This is an opportunity to join a faith-based senior living organization with a strong legacy of service and help shape the future impact of Saint Therese through philanthropy, community partnerships, and inspired leadership. -Develop and execute fundraising strategies that achieve annual and long-term funding goals aligned with Saint Therese's mission and strategic plan to impact 25,000 lives. -Build and steward strong relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, Board members, and community partners. -Lead major gift cultivation, grant development, annual giving, planned giving, fundraising events, and donor engagement initiatives. -Oversee a comprehensive donor pipeline and utilize data-driven insights to grow philanthropic support and engagement. -Partner with organizational leaders to establish funding priorities and demonstrate the impact of philanthropic investments. -Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing philanthropy and volunteer services team. -Manage philanthropy strategy, budgets, operations, and performance to ensure effective stewardship and sustainable growth. Minimum Qualifications -7+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, senior living, or related mission-driven organization -Proven success securing major gifts and achieving fundraising revenue goals -Experience developing and executing fundraising strategies across major gifts, annual giving, grants, donor engagement, and stewardship -Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships with board members, donors, volunteers, and community partners -Strong strategic planning, financial management, and data analysis skills, with the ability to use insights to drive results -Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills -Proficiency with donor management systems and fundraising analytics tools -Ability to articulate the mission of Saint Therese with knowledge and understanding of Christian teachings and philosophy -Ability and willingness to respect and uphold the principles, traditions, and rituals of Christianity, particularly those of the Catholic faith -Ability to travel regularly to support donor cultivation, events, and community engagement activities Preferred -Knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) -Experience in senior living, healthcare, or human services organizations -Experience working in a multi-site or multi-state nonprofit environment -Bachelor's degree in related field, graduate degree, or other professional fundraising certifications Rewards That Support You -Competitive pay with credit for experience -Medical, Dental, Vision (60+ hrs. per pay period) -HSA / FSA options -Employer-paid Life Insurance (60+ hrs. per pay period) -PTO and sick time -403(b) with employer match -Tuition discounts and scholarships -PSLF Eligible Employer -Employee discount program -Pet insurance (yes, really) -Same Day Pay (UKG Wallet) -Career growth opportunities About Saint Therese Saint Therese is a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization with more than 60 years of experience providing compassionate, person-centered care.
