| Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
The Director of Player Personnel works in coordination with the Director of Basketball Operations and the Head Coach to oversee and manage the internal needs and services of student-athletes.

| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution |
| Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience |
- Three years of experience in collegiate athletics, student athlete development.
- Knowledge of NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of student-athlete development principles, including leadership, personal growth, mental wellness, career readiness, and life skills programming.
- Knowledge of intercollegiate athletics, preferably at the NCAA Division I level.
- Familiarity with academic support services, campus resources, and student success initiatives.
- Understanding of recruiting and retention strategies within a collegiate athletics environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage student-athletes, coaches, administrators, alumni, and community partners.
