ATS is
seeking Mission Managers/Targeters to support a client's operational requirements in a demanding, fast-moving environment. Mission Managers coordinate, resource, and oversee the execution of persistent collection operations, working with both in-house teams and geographically dispersed elements against clearly defined collection objectives. The mission is consequential and the work is genuinely compelling.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and resource persistent collection operations from planning through execution.
  • Synchronize efforts across in-house and geographically dispersed elements to meet defined collection objectives.
  • Make complex, multi-factor decisions under significant time pressure and operational stress.
  • Assess both the immediate and downstream implications of tactical decisions and how they support broader team objectives.
  • Interact directly with customer personnel at all levels of the organization.

Required qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
  • Prior experience supporting HUMINT operations or demonstrated familiarity with the Communityand its objectives.
  • Willingness to commit to the schedule and deployment expectations below.

Schedule and commitment

This position supports a 24x7x365 operation on a rotating shift cycle:

  • 5-day shifts (0600-1400), then a weekend off
  • 5-swing shifts (1400-2200), then a three-day weekend
  • 5-night shifts (2200-0600), then 5 days off, and repeat

TDY rotations run 30-45 days. Expect no deployments in your first year, one or two in your second, and one in your third. The position carries a three-year commitment to remain on contract.


The proposed salary range for this position is: $100,000.00- $190,000
