Description Location: Scarborough, ME Description MaineHealth Cancer Risk & Prevention is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Assistant to provide comprehensive cancer genetic services in their outpatient clinic. The successful candidate will perform patient evaluations, establish diagnoses, coordinate and interpret genetic testing, and provide ongoing clinical management and follow-up care for individuals and families with hereditary cancer risk in collaboration with an established team of genetic counselors. This is an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary program focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and advancing access to genetic risk assessment and cancer prevention services. The majority of the candidate's clinical effort will be dedicated to Cancer Risk & Prevention services with additional responsibilities supporting the Breast Care team. The successful candidate will be expected to complete an intensive Genomic Cancer Risk Assessment training through City of Hope within the first two years after hire.
