MOTLOW STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE is accepting applications for the following position: Administrative Secretary Campus: Moore County Department: Libraries & Testing Position number: B99750 Salary: $37,010 to $40,010 Motlow State is located in the beautiful rolling hills of middle Tennessee and has four campuses that serve students from eleven counties. Motlow positions are contingent upon funding availability and budget approval. General Function: Provides administrative support to a Dean or Director. Performs general office duties and complex clerical duties. May oversee the scheduling and job assignment of temporary or part-time clerical employees. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with minimum three years clerical or secretarial experience in an educational or business setting. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher earned from an accredited institution and three years clerical or secretarial experience in an educational, accounting or business setting.
